TeraWulf Expands AI Infrastructure with Google Backing
TeraWulf's Lake Mariner campus secures a major expansion as Fluidstack exercises its option for a 160 MW data center, set to launch in late 2026. The deal coincides with Google increasing its financial commitment to $3.2 billion, acquiring warrants for 32.5 million WULF shares and lifting its equity stake to 14%.
"This partnership cements Lake Mariner's position as a cornerstone of AI infrastructure," said CEO Paul Prager. The market has responded aggressively—WULF shares have surged 10% premarket, nearly doubling since the collaboration was first announced.
